  My friend has eaten here countless and always raves about the mango chicken. Well we came to the food court for dinner this evening and figured I'd give it a try. For $18 We were able to get a Snapple, a fountain drink, and two one meat combos (mango chicken, vegetable fried rice, and steamed veggies). Next time at the mall for lunch or dinner Ruby Thai will be my first thought.

  This is my favorite place to eat at the mall food court. The portions are large and I feel are a good value for the money paid. I always get the mango chicken with fried rice. I have tried the noodles but did not prefer them. Ruby Thai usually has one of the longer lines in this food court, but I promise it's worth the (short) wait.

  I found a MAGGOT and some sort of SLIME in my vegetables!!!! Instead of offering me a refund for my repulsive meal...she offered me new vegetables from the SAME tray of veggies! Really?!? I found a maggot in your food...why would I want more food?
  Finding a maggot and slime, after practically finishing your meal, totally sucks BUT the lack of empathy, the lack of customer service and not getting a refund after, sucks even more! I can't rate this place zero stars but I can make sure that I spend $0 there ever again!

  First, the food: Delicious and nicely put together.  The combinations, possibilities and seasoning make the menu selections excellent - for eating at the Food Court, or even as take-out.  The noodles were not overdone, nor were they sticky.  The fried tofu was toothsome on the outside and creamy on the inside.  The fried fish (in the fish combo) was moist inside and crunchy on the outside.  The portions were oversized, allowing two people to share one entrée EASILY.  The Padh Thai was wonderful.  But the fried fish could have been drained a bit better.
  
  Second, everything else:  At a mall food court, I never expect either the ambience or the service to equal that of a sit-down eatery.  Let's be clear on that.  But Ruby Thai surprised me, because the assistants behind the counter appeared to be disorganized, with no clear path to the order you placed.  To make things worse, the folks behind the counter were so focused on giving out samples to passers-by, that they'd shout "Samples!" loudly right into your face, while you were waiting for your order to be assembled.
  
  Would I go there again? ABSOLUTELY.  The food is delicious, and the portions are large enough to share.

  WARNING: The food here shouldn't be categorized as Thai. It's more like a mix of Chinese and Asian fusion.
  
  They have some traditional Chinese sides like lo mein, mei fun, a simple fried rice, and a general tso chicken. They also have other dishes such as tofu and veggies, fish and veggies, and bourbon chicken.
  
  Surprisingly their food tastes fresh - as fresh as mall food comes. Way better than Master Wok (across from them in the food court). Order a combo and you get a side of their veggies (medley of cabbage, carrots, broccoli) and a side of noodles or rice. Solid meal right there!
  
  Their tofu/veggie dish is excellent. Battered, fried fish with onions and peppers is good too. Of course everything sits in a sauce so most fried proteins don't stay crisp. Their most popular protein is the bourbon chicken and general tsos chicken, which in my opinion are both pretty good.
  
  Hearty portions, cheap prices, and decent mall food. Definitely my go to spot in this mall.
  
  Quality and authenticity are not 100% there but it's a solid spot to visit for a quick bite while you're shopping!
